J. Taymon Domzalski, MD

Dr. Taymon Domzalski, a New Mexico native, received his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in 2009. He went on to finish his medical training in California, completing the Surgical Internship at Huntington Hospital in 2010 and the Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Southern California.  While at the University of Southern California, Dr. Domzalski completed fellowship training in body imaging and musculoskeletal imaging. Prior to joining Zia Diagnostic Imaging, Dr. Domzalski was in private practice in Los Angeles, California. His special interest in musculoskeletal radiology developed while conducting Orthopedic and Radiology research first as an undergraduate at Duke University and later as a medical student. Before entering medical school, Dr. Domzalski played basketball professionally in the United States and Europe.  He is the first and only scholarship athlete to have played for Mike Krzyzewski to earn a medical degree and become a physician.
