Robert S. Mals, MD

Dr. Mals received his medical degree from Creighton University, Omaha, NE in 1979. After two years of Internal Medicine Residency of Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey he completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York Medical College where he was Chief Resident. Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City was completed in 1984. He served as past president of the New England Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology and is certified by the American Board of Radiology and additional Certificate of Added Qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He practiced interventional radiology in New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Mexico.
